Medical & Legal Disclaimer
This site tells you where licensed dispensaries are, which physicians the state has qualified, and what Florida law says. It cannot tell you what to take, whether you qualify, or what will happen in your case.
Not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice and nothing here is a treatment recommendation. We do not tell readers which product or which form suits which condition, and where this site describes products it describes the object rather than what it might do for you.
Only a qualified physician can decide whether you qualify, and only after examining you. Our quiz cannot decide it, this site cannot decide it, and any site that tells you that you qualify is telling you something it is not in a position to know.
Cannabis interacts with prescription medicines and is not appropriate for everyone. Talk to a physician, and tell them what else you take.
Not legal advice
We read statutes at their source and cite them so you can read them too. That is research and not legal advice, and we are not lawyers.
Law changes. Statutes are amended, local ordinances are passed, and the federal position on cannabis is being actively litigated as this page is written. A page that was accurate when published can be wrong later, which is why every page carries the date it was last checked.
What we do and do not verify
We would rather tell you the limits of what we checked than imply we checked everything.
- Dispensary locations come from the state's register of approved dispensing sites. Hours are read from each dispensary's own website where possible, and where it was not possible the listing says the hours are unknown instead of guessing
- The physician list is the state's own file, reproduced in full including its gaps. Being on it means the Department of Health has qualified that physician to certify patients. It is not a recommendation and it does not mean they are accepting new patients
- Hours, addresses and availability change without notice. Confirm with the business before you drive
- We are not affiliated with any dispensary, clinic or physician, and we are not affiliated with the State of Florida or the Office of Medical Marijuana Use
Age and legality
This site is intended for adults 21 and over. Cannabis is legal in Florida for qualified patients holding a valid state medical marijuana card and for nobody else. It remains a federally controlled substance. Nothing here encourages unlawful use.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in distress, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. This site is not a source of help in a crisis and cannot respond to one.
