We already know some of this is imperfect

This site is honest about the state of its own data, and there is a specific reason to say so here. Three of the dispensaries we list have no published hours at all on this site, because we could not read them from the business's own website and would rather print nothing than a guess. Several others carry hours that may be a company-wide default rather than that particular store's.

You are the authority on your own business. A correction from you beats anything we can find, and it takes one email.

What we will change

Anything factual, quickly and without argument.

• Hours, including seasonal and holiday hours
• Address, suite number and which entrance to use
• Phone number and the correct link to your own site
• Whether you deliver, and roughly where
• Removing a location that has closed or moved
• Removing your listing entirely, if you would rather not appear

What we will not change

Two things, and it is fairer to say so up front than to go quiet on an email.

• We will not reorder the list. It is alphabetical and it stays alphabetical. There is no position to buy and no favour to do
• We will not add promotional copy. We describe what a business publishes about itself, in our own words. If you want your marketing language on a page, that page is your own website, and we will happily link to it

How we check it is really you

Email us from an address at your own business domain and that is usually enough on its own. If you are writing from a personal address, point us at the same information on your own website and we will read it there instead.

We are not trying to make this difficult. The check exists because a listing anyone can edit by asking is a listing a competitor can edit by asking.

Requests to remove a location get done first and questions asked afterwards. Nobody has to justify not wanting to be listed.

Readers, too

This is not only for businesses. If you drove somewhere on our hours and found it closed, that is exactly the failure this page exists to catch, and we would like to know. Every listing records where its information came from and when it was checked, so a report like that tells us which source went stale.
