Affiliate Disclosure
Plainly: this site currently earns nothing, and when it does the money will come from affiliate links that cost you nothing extra. Here is the whole arrangement in advance.
What is paid and what is not
Nothing on this site is a paid placement. No dispensary, physician or clinic has paid to appear here, to appear higher, or to have a competitor left out. The dispensary list comes from the state's register of licensed locations and the physician list comes from the state's own weekly file, both reproduced in full and ordered alphabetically.
There are no ratings or rankings anywhere on this site. That is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight: we report what these businesses publish about themselves, and we do not grade them.
Affiliate links
Some links to products may earn us a commission if you buy through them. You pay exactly the same price either way. Any page carrying such links says so above them, and every affiliate link is marked in the page code so browsers and search engines can identify it too.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon prices change constantly, so we publish no prices; the price on Amazon at the moment you buy is the price.
Being an affiliate does not make a product recommendable. Where a category has no product we would actually stand behind, we would rather leave the shelf short.
What we will not do
Some of these are legal obligations and some are just ours, and we do not think it matters much which is which.
- No paid physician referrals, ever. Florida's Patient Brokering Act prohibits paying a commission for a patient referral, and a certification is a medical service rather than a product. If a clinic ever sponsors a placement here it will be a flat fee agreed in advance, it will be labelled, and it will never reorder the physician list
- No dispensary pricing. We publish no dispensary prices and no clinic prices. The only money figure anywhere on this site is the state's own application fee
- No invented deals. If we ever show an offer it will be one a dispensary actually published, or we will show nothing
- No home-cultivation content. Growing cannabis at home is illegal in Florida, and we will not sell equipment for it or write guides about it
